Rental Terms

When RENTER makes a reservation FRESH immediately removes the items from inventory and schedules a crew. Therefore a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total balance that will be applied to the balance due is required to secure a reservation. In the event of a date change or cancellation a full deposit charge will incur. Rentals require a $200.00 damage deposit (Tent) $50.00 (Equipment) that will be returned at the conclusion of the completed rental pending compliance. To secure your reservation a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total balance, $200.00 damage deposit (Tent) $50.00 (Equipment), and signed “Tent/Equipment Rental Agreement” are required. The remaining balance payment is due at the time of installation/delivery/pickup on rental date. Installation/Site Preparation.

ALL equipment while on site is the RENTER responsibility. RENTER will be held accountable for ALL damages, vandalism and theft due to negligence. FRESH recommends that all equipment is secured and monitored 24/7 during rental. A “Set Up Inspection” for must be filled out by RENTER and defects noted on installation date prior to FRESH exiting the site. RENTER will be required to replace ALL equipment that is defected at time of removal. 

RENTER must ensure the site is prepared for tent installation, (lawns mowed, space cleared, etc.) before installation date. RENTER must ensure that there is a minimum of 10 ft. clearance on all sides, and a complete unobstructed area above. No tent installation will occur under any overhead obstructions, including but not limited to utility lines, trees, structures etc. All tents must be installed in soil. No installation will occur on any paved/concrete surfaces. (ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS). Tent securing stakes may be driven into the as deep as 3 ft. at multiple locations during installation. RENTER is responsible for knowing and verifying where all underground utilities are located. It is HIGHLY recommended that RENTER contacts PA ONE CALL (811) prior to installation. FRESH reserves the right to refuse installation if proof of verification of utility locations cannot occur. FRESH reserves the right to refuse services if any stated stipulations are not met prior to installation. FRESH will not be responsible for any damage to site, utilities etc. that may occur during installation, rental and or removal. 

Installation of equipment must be done correctly for the protection of the users, site, and equipment. Installation of equipment will occur prior to the rental date. FRESH reserves the right to install equipment up to 72 hours before the rental date. If installation cannot occur at this time frame an additional charge may apply. RENTER must ensure that site is easily accessible by vehicle. If the site is not easily accessible an additional fee or refusal of services may apply. All set ups will be marked by RENTER.  

RENTER is required to remove all personal items by the end of rental day. FRESH will remove all rented equipment within 72 hours of rental day. Due to weather this process may be extended up to one week from rental day. If removal cannot occur in the above-stated time frame an additional charge may apply.

ALL RENTED EQUIPMENT MUST REMAIN ON SITE IN THE SAME LOCATION, IN THE “SET UP” POSITION. RENTER IS NOT PERMITTED TO “TEARDOWN” ANY RENTED EQUIPMENT, OR ADDITIONAL FEE WILL APPLY. 

No open flames may be used under any tents at any time, this includes but is not limited to grills, campfires, fireworks, pig cookers, etc. 

Tents/equipment are temporary structures designed to handle MOST normal weather conditions, however there may be situations that become unsafe such as high winds or lightning. Evacuation of tents is MANDATORY in these occurrences. Tents/equipment are not suitable for shelter for any unsafe conditions and should NEVER be used as such. 

Additional delivery/misc. fees may apply.  All fees will be presented to renter before booking is comp. No fees will be “hidden” at any time.
